Stupid fat girl with glasses messes up my drink order has an horrible attitude I try to be cool about it all I ask was for them to add pumpkin cold foam and of my drink she threw away my drink every did it then later handed the drink disrespecting me in my face made the drink all nasty horrible customer service I understand we all get frustrated but no need to take it out on the customers who pay for their drinks

I literally HATE this Starbucks they never answer the phone, they're rude and they don't even care that they are. My company orders a huge order at least once a week and something is always wrong or missing. We have to drive back there to tell them because they don't answer the phone and then they act like we're lying. Like we just spent $200 and we're going to lie about a damn croissant? This is what my sandwich looked like last time I went. They didn't even apologize! Lately we've been going to Dutch Bros, they're much nicer and dry now are better and reasonably priced.

Lately this location has been skimming on the ingredients. Many who are rushing likely don’t have time to report it or talk it but I do. My Strawberry Refresher was noticeably not the same shade of a typical one. They put literally 4 strawberries in the cup. I even asked for extra strawberries and once they asked me for an additional 80 cent and still didn’t give me two scoops. A year ago this was a 5 start review. I’m glad to see young people working but this is not the standard.

This is a coffee shop, right? Maybe everyone was napping when I arrived at 9:13 in the morning!!! I was the fourth car in line in the drive-thru! It took 20 minutes to get out of line! Every car in front of me got one drink, and I bought a grande Cafe mocha and sausage sandwich! Ridiculous!!! Worst drive-thru around!!!
