The staff is known for their friendliness and personalized service, with many baristas, such as Brittany, remembered for their kind interactions and thoughtful notes on drinks. Customers appreciate the time taken to explain new menu items, like the protein cold foam options, and the willingness of employees to correct any order issues without hesitation.
