Wendy's offers friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond, even in difficult situations. The restaurant is now a clean and kid-friendly space after its recent re-model, making it a good hangout spot. The night shift is known for excellent customer service, although there was a minor issue with food quality on one occasion. Recently, the location was renovated and looks much nicer, but it has a regular population of homeless people hanging out nearby. The food quality and customer service have declined somewhat, and the drive-thru experience can be unpleasant due to an "AI" ordering system that screams loudly at customers, making it difficult to place an order unless a human takes over. Despite these issues, the food, employees, and order accuracy are generally good at this Wendy's.
