Call this will be the first and the last time I go here asked for a large caramel ribbon crunch they gave me a small, and when they remade my second one, they didn’t even put the double shot of espresso in it that I paid for quite unfortunate will be sticking to Dutch Bros from here on out.

I accidentally placed an order too soon and needed to change the pick up time to a later time. I called the store and although they can’t make orders for a later time they helped me. When I pick up my order later than expected, my drinks and sandwiches were fresh and warm! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

I had been sitting for 30+ minutes waiting on my order because there was one person making all the order. The manager is out covering for someone's break and granted she's probably doing something I mean it was hard to tell but instead of helping the guy behind the counter make drinks she watches him struggle with other people's orders yet has an input on everything. This is honestly the worst experience I've had here so far and it's not even the guy who's making the drinks fault. It's the managers. I felt so bad for the guy he's running around and very obviously new to this so isn't as fast. The manager should have stepped in yet there are 5 groups of people waiting on their drinks. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a caramel crunch frap and it tasted very watery. I went in to ask if they could remake it because I couldn't stand the taste. They remade it and it still tasted very watery. I just dealt with it because I didn't want to seem rude. The service is really nice. Maybe a bad day.
