“I am a hard-core Starbucks connoisseur and this Starbucks is definitely in the top 10% of stores I've visited around the US. The staff is always sure to welcome you when you walk through the door and they smile and engage in friendly banter while you order. This morning I ordered my dark roast a little bit later in the morning than usual and I was afraid that it might have cooled down sitting in the coffee carafe but it was piping hot and perfect. The store faces east and the morning sun ights up the entire store and makes it so bright and cheery for your morning cup of coffee. There is another Starbucks closer to where I live but I always choose this store.“
“The staff here are always excellent. They know what I like as I only have 2 drinks I order on a regular basis. Usually, it's a grande hot caramel machiato with 2 pumps of caramel sauce, an extra shot in a venti cup. Add whipped cream or, Grande Java chip with a shot of expresso 2 pumps of caramel sauce in a venti cup. The light whipped cream, no mocha drizzle, subcarmal, drizzle with a flat lid.“
“We were having coffee a few days ago, and a woman fell on the curb outside and hit her head. The staff was great about helping the people trying to help her, offering water, towels, and ice. They were very concerned and helpful. Thank you.“
“I love coming to this location! The people there are super friendly, and when I've gotten any drink made they always care if I like it or not. When I went in yesterday, I wanted to try something new and was talking to a guy there (I don't remember his name but his apron had Marine Corps vet on it) and he had them make me a shaken drink with a brown sugar foam. It was awesome. Definitely coming back to this Starbucks.“
“I went through the drive-thru and got one over there double smoked bacon cheddar egg sandwiches as well as a croissant and a iced brown sugar oat milk chicken espresso and the gentleman that took my order was just so sweet and then the lady at the window was just awesome Best customer service in town by far“
