I don’t like the coffee I stick to novelty drinks so today had a tall caramel latte! I had to make a pit stop for a bathroom break anyway. I still have my actual gold card from when they were still using them now everything is done online but I like to carry the card with me in case my phone is in use!

The barista (I think her name was Isabella, I hope that’s correct) was so sweet and fast. She even reminded me to use the app, which I always forget. She’s awesome!

Starbucks at this location has a great team that provides excellent customer service. The staff is kind, respectful, and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. There are occasional samples and cool deals to try out. The atmosphere is cozy with limited seating available. Some customers appreciate the convenience of having a Pokemon Go gym nearby. One particular staff member, Bailey, stands out for his exceptional service, memorizing regular customers' orders and ensuring they are always satisfied. Despite not being able to receive tips, the team members continue to provide top-notch service. Overall, this Starbucks location is a favorite for many due to the outstanding customer service and personalized experience.
