I find myself drawn to this place time and again, captivated by the delightful drinks and irresistible donuts. Yet, above all, it is Jennifer who holds a special place in my heart. Though I am uncertain if she is the manager, her presence is a constant comfort. Asked for less ice, ice was almost non existent. Ice was melted as I walked into the store I was going to. Tried not asking for less ice and still there wasn't enough. I dont understand, the cup literally tells you where to fill it. I was on vacation and the Dunkin by my house I've never had an ice issue with them... the coffee was good, but not very cold.
