Maybe Popeyes needs to close for a day, especially in Colorado Springs, and have a day of regrouping to discuss better strategy for rush hours for the chicken sandwich. To tell customers you “have to expect” a 45 minute wait is unacceptable.
Chris and Anna were amazing. I will always come back to this Popeyes. Again and again, customer service desktop ever had. These 2 were awesome and the food was delicious
