Staff are great and super kind. Not sure if today was a fluke but I sat behind 5 cars today for 25 mins which just seems a bit long. Love the brand just want to get through faster if possible.
Good coffee drinks and service is always friendly at every location however every single Dutch Bros is completely understaffed these days. The huts used to be crawling with employees and the line would be long but always move very quickly in every location. This is 100% a management issue. It's annoying to your customers and abusive to your staff. Do better.
