I stopped in about 4 PM on Monday, 1/22 to get a HOT meatball w/provolone on wheat. She said I would have to wait about 12 minutes for a new batch to be prepared. I said OK. Meanwhile her shift relief arrives to take over. I didn't pay attention to how long it had been. The young man pulled out the pan of meatballs and prepared my sandwich. I paid and left. Don't be fooled by google ratings. Studies show people are more likely to leave a review when they want to complain about things. People are less likely to leave a review when they are happy with a businesses' service. I have been coming to this Subway for years and the service has been good the greater majority of the time. Save those coupons you get in the paper. They are gold.

I came in after highschool rush, and Keely was amazing! We had full conversations while she made sandwiches! She was super patient when I didn’t know what I wanted to eat, and was super kind when mentioning to others what items she was out of. She worked really well under pressure (missing lots of items) and still made me delicious food. She was also amazing at staying on top of online orders while having a line out the door. Beautiful work, clean atmosphere.
