Even though its annoying to be told you aren't getting the order...or money.. and have wasted time and gas and energy driving to a location...
You at least said you called Uber on your end and tried to resolve the issue.

Still unsure as to why the order couldn't be made..but you know what, Im going to give 5 stars because at least you put in more effort than a lot of other places.
