I usually go here for our Friday night pies, however last week my ebt card was charged 3x. I know there were some technological issues, but how do I get a refund? Was very frustrating as they kept having me run my card saying it was declined, when there was no issue with it ever before.

Have been really excited to try the new calzones. Finally went in to get a couple and guess what....? No calzone dough. WHAT?? Was told they were busy for a few days selling lots of calzones. Uhm..ok..so make extra dough next time...find out how many you sold and maybe make an extra half batch of dough...not complicated at all. Walked out empty handed and disappointed. Maybe next time...?

Guy was rude. Kept cutting me off and telling me no when I tried to order a half and half. Have never had issues at the other locations. I could have just ordered it the way I wanted online but didn’t want to wait 30 minutes for pick up. So then after he told me no and argues with me about the way I always get my pizza we stood there in awkward silence while he made it the way he wanted to make it. But yeah. Rude guy.
