Jack makes good (scratch that great)tacos. I in fact LOVE ❤️ 😍 Jack's tacos. If there were a 12 step program for Jack's tacos I'd only go if they served those delectable morsels right next to the fountain drinks and coffee.

“I go out of my way to this Taco Bell location because the other stores never get it right. I also appreciate how they don’t pull me around to the front of the store. “They have good values on box meals, and they can be faster than off-base locations during peak hours. I think it's because this location doesn't get slowed down by all the food delivery app traffic. The Star Card gives a 10% discount, which makes things even better. I've never done special orders here, so things have always been straightforward.“
“This is one of my favorite Taco Bell’s. I use to be able to get a chili cheese burrito here, but you guys keep taking stuff off the menu and that kind of sucks lol. BUT The staff here is almost always amazing. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up my order. It’s always very filling and good and the restaurant is almost always clean inside. That’s why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work.“
“Stopped by this Taco Bell with my wife and placed our order using the self-service kiosk. The ordering process was quick and easy, and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time.
I ordered the Quesadilla Burrito. The food was about what I would expect from a fast-food restaurant. My burrito was wrapped a little loosely, and the sauce ratio was heavier than I would have preferred, but the overall flavor was still decent. They also forgot to give me my drink cup, which was a minor inconvenience but was easily corrected.
Overall, it was a pretty average Taco Bell visit. Nothing stood out as particularly great or particularly bad. I would come back again, but I wouldn't specifically go out of my way to visit this location if another Taco Bell or dining option was more convenient.“
“In recent years I've just noticed and it might be all Taco bells, not just this location. Crunchwraps are not being made with meat even when requested for extra, tacos are lacking meat as well. I should not order a taco pack and basically get a salad.
Other than that, this place is good customer service and representation, atmosphere is just like any other fast food atmosphere that you find in our state“
“Never in my 50 years on this planet have I left a review for a Taco Bell but let me tell you this location is the best one in town. (Westside Colorado Ave)
I always place special modified orders and they get it right every time. The staff here is the best too~ the young man on the drive thru (named L. J.) goes above and beyond, always has a pleasant demeanor and hands me my food (including napkins in the bag) with a smile!
Also Caitlin the manager is wonderful and kind~ everyone seems to actually enjoy their job! !
Last but not least; I don’t know who was cooking on the line tonight (Sat, May 23 @ 11pm) but they made my food with extra love! Everything was HOT and TASTY and FRESH!

Except for one.
It was so spicy and also messy. It went everywhere. All of the cheese was all over the outside of the thing and chicken slices fell out.
The other burrito I like since it was really good and not messy at all.
Just a little tiny drops.

I just wish that they would have service at the counter just had to leave didn't get greeted just felt Frozen girls working just look at you and don't even say anything like you're a pain in their behind because they have to go to the cash register to service you. After 30 years of eating Taco Bell I still love the food but the service has went completely South“

“Ordered our food at the machine inside it took 30 minutes of us waiting before we walked out instead of waiting even more time for six items when they serve three other customers that walked in after us. I was contacted that night by the store manager and he reviewed the tapes and asked us to come back the next day so he could make it right. We did and held true to his word and even went above and beyond what was promised.“

“This taco bell has never disappointed me! Everytime me and my significant other go the workers are fast and despite there being a rush the food is always correct and made to expectation. One gentleman gave me free food one time when I made a second order for my brother even! To wrap this all up I recommend this taco bell to anyone and give the workers a thank you for all the hard work you guys do here in Falcon.“

I hope the absolute angels that were working tonight see this, and their bosses, Wow! The time, response, customer service, and quality of food... “Okay I haven't left a review for Taco Bell in quite some time, mostly because it's always very hit or miss. Sometimes you get your order right, sometimes you don't. Sometimes you get your cheese cup a quarter filled with sauce instead of full. Sometimes you wait fifteen minutes for your order. There's a lot of things that aren't great but the price is good.
With all that being said the last three times I went to this location, my food and drive thru service have been awesome. I've been very impressed. The actual cups have been filled, the burrito was full, everything was just the way it should be, the way you would expect it, and I appreciate that and wanted to leave a review. Hopefully this keeps up!“

“As a Taco Bell connoisseur, I can honestly say with my whole being that this Taco Bell location and everyone in it needs a pay raise because every time I go there and order food, the people the service and the food are all Michelin star worthy somebody get these people pay raise because the art that they are crafting in there exquisite !!!!! the new chicken bacon ranch Chalupa comes with two per one order didn’t know that by far the best thing I have ever put in my mouth.Thank you taco bell“
“Went over to Taco Bell on Platte in Wasatch yesterday. They are very shorthanded and their screens were acting up on the drive-thru so we had to go inside to order. The manager on duty was on the grill and talking to the drive-thru to let people know. It was one lady taking care of the counter and one other lady was doing all the other work around me kitchen and orders that were called in they had a good crowd in there they were doing a great awesome job. Food was outstanding the three ladies working in there were working Fast and Furious to try to make everything beautiful for the people and I commend them for all the hard work that they were doing with great gratitude for being short staffed and getting of the order out there fastest possible way. Remember that people sometimes they're just not enough people working and that's not the fault of the people that are hard workers that come to work and do their work. Awesome job ladies.“
