“The only thing that I like about this place is the food. I've only been there in the mornings. I understand that there's problems and all that, but it's every time. They take forever to answer the speaker. I even banged on the window to get them to take my order. I only go there when I have time.

Marcela and Manuel have restored some hope for me with their actions. I wasn't given the correct change and I didn't notice, until, later on. After hours in traffic, I finally made it back to the store. I told Marcela about my situation. She didn't argue or second guess me. She told me to give her a minute. She talked to Manuel about it. They did their thing and figured everything out. Marcela gave me the correct change and I went on my way back into traffic.

I ordered a $7 box , I spacificly asked the white boy if the chalupa shells were fresh cos I wanted a beef chalupa with my box. He said they were fresh. My chalupa was hard and cold and the taco shell with the taco was very cold and the cinnamon twist were cold. I am very aries. And he is very lucky I didnt come back because I would have kindly asked for a new meal that is hot . I also ordered chips and cheese nOt the cimmamen twist. This one is close to my work so I visit often and I’d say 99.99999% of the time they are ridiculously fast and this is my favorite Taco Bell as far as the food goes. “This is another clean and decent taco bell store. Nice atmosphere and great food. I had an issue waiting for over five minutes for nacho fries and it came out not even warm, talk to the guy who gave me the fries but he behaved like he didn't hear me so I spoke with another person whom I think was a manager and he gave me a warm good fries. Thank you for your customer service. Also I loved the way they wrote on the boxes to identify each meal.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food, but the crew at this Taco Bell deserves a shoutout.

I almost always go inside to order (I like to pick out my own sauces), and every time, the staff is friendly, quick, and just on point. Even when it’s busy, they move fast and still manage to get the order right, every single time. That alone is rare.

What really stands out is how carefully they package the food. It’s honestly impressive. Crunchy tacos actually stay crunchy, nothing’s falling out of the shells, and everything is bagged like they’re making sure it survives a cross-country road trip. It’s that level of attention to detail that keeps me coming back.

One time, I brought my family from out of town here. Their local Taco Bell isn’t the best, so expectations were low. But this crew nailed it - fast, friendly, and the food was exactly right. Everyone was genuinely impressed.

“We arrived with 11 people and since the lobby was closed we went through the drive through. As you can imagine, with 11 people, our order was long and confusing. The attendants were patient and our order ingredients were all correct. Two items were missing but they quickly corrected it.“

“Ordered for delivery. 1 item was missing (almost thought it was 2 but I was wrong about one of em) but after contacting the Taco Bell support team. I was able to get a voucher reward on my account than more than covered the 1 missing item. I've definitely had worse experiences with Taco Bell in the past, thoug, so since the order was mostly accurate, I don't think they're terrible. I want to take a moment to recognize Taco Bell - East Colfax, because tonight’s experience was genuinely refreshing. I’ve avoided this location for years due to repeated issues like incorrect orders, missing items, and overall poor execution and even poorer service. And to be clear, my order is not complicated. That’s always been the frustrating part. Even a simple order has historically been done wrong, so having it come out accurate tonight was honestly a huge relief.

Kelly completely changed my experience. She was professional, efficient, kind, and calm, even with cars stacked up in the drive-thru. She made me feel like my business actually mattered. I don’t place large or high-dollar orders, and I probably didn’t make a dent in Taco Bell’s bottom line tonight, but Kelly treated me like a valued customer anyway, and that matters.

You can also tell she’s experienced. I asked how long she’s been with Taco Bell, and she mentioned around five years, which absolutely shows. She knows what she’s doing, runs things smoothly, and seems to genuinely enjoy her job. That kind of energy makes a difference when someone is happy and confident in their work, it carries through to the customer experience.

Credit to the rest of the team as well for getting the order right and keeping things moving. Because of Kelly and her team, I will be coming back to this location. She single-handedly changed my perception of it. Thank you for a great experience, it did not go unnoticed. 🌮👏“

“This location has gotten a lot better recently. I think there must have been a change in management or something. They have been getting my order right much more often and telling us when something is out of stock!

This is a pretty good location these days. I hope they keep it up.“

“Usually I am skeptical of ordering Taco Bell through door dash. I have almost always had my order messed up. However, this one in particular makes my delivery orders perfectly without fail. ESPECIALLY whoever was making the food tonight 😭😭😭 it was so good and I was so so happy.“

“One of my favorite Taco Bells. I normally order in the app, and make small changes to my food to accommodate my diet. My order is almost always 100% correct, way better accuracy than some Taco Bells. On the few occasions where something wasn't made right, they have done a great job fixing it and even gave me a coupon for a free taco once for the inconvenience. Really appreciate their focus on speed and accuracy.“

“This Taco Bell is the one you want. It's clean, nicely staffed, bright and open and stocked with modern amenities. We like the digital ordering system where we edit the tacos to add chips or extra meat. They have the drink machine with more options for everyone. We appreciate the staff, it takes about 4 minutes from when we submit the order until food in hand.
Overall this is the Taco Bell that got us back to Taco Bell.“

“This location has made improvements leaps and bounds over the last 4 years. No longer the place it was. Now a joy to visit, and every time I the experience is as expected. Good work!

This taco bell is never open during regular hours. If they are open, they have some other reason to be upset. It may be an experiment to see how long they can last without selling a taco.“
