After a year in the area, and more than a dozen attempts ar hoping this location would get things right. I have not once had a single trip where they got an order right. Either the staff is to stoned to pay attention or they just don't listen, then they try to argue with you about what you order (off a literal list reading out loud) I would not recommend this taco bell location to anyone unless you want your order messed up constantly.
I ordered a bean an beef burrito and got a cheese an bean burrito, it was soggy,falling apart , sauce was everywhere , I don't know if she got dump or can't read , or was that time of month but she clearly didn't care

Paid 7 bucks for a chicken cantina burrito. Has absolutely 0 chicken it. Had to take first one back and asked politely to be remade. Shift lead/manager proceeded to unwrap burrito and show me the chicken (4 small pieces) at the very bottom. Rude, unprofessional. Was told I'd receive free chips and nacho cheese by team member.
