“I used the app to order but it defaulted to a store in CoS instead of Falcon. I couldn't cancel the order through the app so I called the store, and while they couldn't help, they were insightful and polite. When we did get our order, the GM MaKenzie wrote an apology note and a coupon, despite it not being their stores fault. I appreciate her for her extension of customer service.“

“A while back I placed an order at the store. When I got home I realized it was completely wrong. I called the store and spoke to the manager. I explained what I got wasn't what I ordered. They said they would have a sub waiting for me to pick. When I picked up the sub I asked them what I owed them since it was a large, nit a medium sub. They said it was no cost because I had to drive there to pick it up.
Their customer service is exceptional and they go out of their way to make it right!“
