“honestly most of my visit to firehouse subs was pretty bad, slow service and the order wasnt right, and the management was a real letdown when stuff went wrong nobody stepped up to fix it. but Travis genuinely made my day, dude actually cared and stayed positive while everything else was falling apart. he’s literally the only reason i’d come back. management should take note, give that man a raise.“
