“We have been having smoothies everyday for more than a year, we are addicted, and love it most of the days! It’s great 80% of the time but you are still dependent on who makes your smoothies and it can taste a little bit different based on who makes it. Also we are still having an issue with corporate to get a refund for a day when our 7 transactions back to back due to WiFi issues at the store, this happened end of April 2026. But overall this has been our morning routine and staff are very nice and friendly. This is my honest review after spending a lot of money everyday for more than a year!“
“I think the drinks are great tasty, hydrating, healthy, just needs a little extra cleaning there (Southgate). The front door glass is constantly dirty seeing fingerprints all over it, even when it's early morning. Little glass table is dirty and underneath things there are crumbs/dirt. A cleaner store, would make this a better store.

“I came in unsure of what to get so I asked a worker named Britney if she can give me some recommendations and help and she’s so kindly helped me out with that and afterwards I was still unsure she gave me time to think didn’t rush me and she was so nice I will be coming here again and the smoothie was delicious“
