We did an online order and everything was ready right when we pulled up, which was great. But, one of our smoothies was a total miss—apparently a pump issue shorted the ingredients and it tasted... well, pretty awful.
Look, anyone can post a five-star review when things go perfectly, but the real test is how a place handles it when things go sideways. John went totally above and beyond to fix it. He put so much patience and effort into making sure my daughter’s smoothie was actually perfect and had the right amount of sweetness. Honestly, I was amazed at how much he cared about getting it right.“
