“I ordered pic up through the app. My food was ready at pick up time. The server was friendly and cheerful. When I got home, i opened my bowl to find every ingredient beautifully and evenly distributed, they even followed my light/extra directions to a T!“
“The food is what you expect modern mexi American food pretty fresh. Not as much food as used to be but that just seems to be a tend now. I would definitely recommend for a quick sit down lunch that's not gonna break the wallet but you won't look cheap either. Enjoy.!“
“5/5. I literally love this location I'm super picky about my Chipotle and its always a banger here.
HOWEVER - This has nothing to do with the employees. And everything to do with corporate management. I own a business. I know how this works. If you are out of something and did not include it in my order, tell me when I pick up the order.
I get it, you go to McDonalds, you check your bag before leaving the drive thru. But this is Chipotle and the honey vinergerette has never been missing from any of my orders (its mandatory for my lady).
It would have saved me a trip to the location.. kinda annoying.
It should be protocol to let patrons know of any missing items and if they want an alternative.“

“Felt really bad for placing an online order 30 minutes before close, but I get off work late. They were so nice to me and didn't make me feel bad for placing an order so close to their closing time. The food was great and the employees working were very accommodating.“

“Consistently one of the best Chipotle locations! We were here for a second time in two days.. The line moves quickly even during peak rush hours, and the food is always fresh and hot. Portions are solid, the grill items are cooked perfectly, and the guac is super fresh. Clean seating area and a hard-working team behind the counter. Highly recommend!
About their services at the counter, it's fast , generous food portions, and super fresh ingredients every time. Even when there's a long line, the staff handles it efficiently and with a great attitude. Easily my go-to spot in the area! My kids seem to like their food 😬“

“UPDATE: Since my last review, this Chipotle has improved substantially. I believe they had a change in management resulting in better service, quality of food, and cleanliness. So give them a try and enjoy! PS... the parking still sucks, but not a direct reflection on Chipotle.
Parking sucks. Service sucks. One person behind counter and a line of customers out the door. Person I assume is manager made no attempt to help the solo worker. Cashier dissapeard so stared at my food getting cold while I waited for her to return. Drink counter filthy amd trash overflowing. I am an avid Chipotle patron eating here a good 2-3 times a week and this one is by far the worst in the Colorado Springs area.“
“Michelle in mobile pick up was amazing. Our food was ready, hot and CORRECT. My order didn’t include chips and when I asked her if that was ordered, she said it was not on the order but she gave me a bag of chips. Kind, friendly and helpful service!“
