Chipotle adds another $4 to the $13.98 "bag total" (35% increase) if the order is switched from pickup to delivery — in addition to a delivery charge and a service fee. Shameful practice! I will order elsewhere from now on.
Literally staggered by that chipotle experience! Spent 40 minutes in line to get a burrito while the SINGLE GUY on the line(who asked for help, that went ignored)struggled to help the customer line that stretched past the door. The manager meanwhile just meandered around the store as people frustrated walked out. Then was overcharged and the solution was to give me a drink! I love chipotle and live literally across the street but will be going out of my way to a different location...read full review
