We went yesterday a little before 6 PM to grab some quick food to go watch the NBA game at home. We didn’t make it back home until 7:45 PM and we live less than three minutes away. No, we did not eat at the restaurant. This is how slow their service was. No I could not just leave the drive-through lane because it is a single lane without the possibility of leaving, and I had already paid for my food. Not only were we treated like we were bothering the guys working, our food was so disappointing. Our mozzarella sticks were hard, cold and the cheese had become hard. Our nuggets were completely black and over cooked to the point we threw them right in the trash. Really disappointed, I wouldn’t have let my dog eat those nuggets.
I had went to Burger King off of Powers and Constitution through the drive thru and ordered a Whooper w/bacon no cheese. I live about 5 minutes from this location. It’s a little after 10:00pm. I get home and see there is cheese on it. I go right back with the receipt just case they say I ordered it with cheese. The receipt of course only shows bacon whooper. I go back through the drive thru and tell the drive thru person I’m returning my order because it has cheese on it....read full review

This Burger King serves really great, fresh food, with thick and fresh beef steak tomatoes on their chicken sandwiches. The employees are always nice, friendly, and hardworking. The manager leads by example, ensuring a positive atmosphere. Customers have been blown away by the cleanliness of the store. A particular manager is noted for being super friendly and polite, providing great service to everyone, including Spanish-speaking customers. Another employee, Shaunta, was very helpful and kind in the drive-thru. The food is not only better than all the other fast food burger places, but it is also super tasty, hot, and fresh. They give a good amount of sauces and make sure customers are taken care of. Try their Double Whopper and Cheese, it's "soooo good"! Great food and great service make this location worth returning to.
