“It's a Chipotle, so you know what to expect for food, but this place deserves a huge shout out for the service. There was a line around the entire restaurant, but this crew blew through the line. They must have cleared the line four times while we were here.“
“There are two Chipotles in Castle Rock, this one is the much better tasting one of the two- in fact, the food here reminds me of the first time I had Chipotle 20 plus years ago. The meat is juicy and flavourful and the veggies taste fresh. We are defiantly coming back, haven't had chipotle this good in years.“
