“The food is fresh and delicious. They really pile on the ingredients and order is always correct. However every time I’ve ordered online for pickup I can’t process payment on my computer, it keeps giving an error. So I had to re-enter the whole order on the phone app.
When arriving to pick up I can clearly see my food ready behind the pickup counter but it took 10+ minutes of waiting before someone came to just hand me the bag, despite multiple employees walking past the area, happens every time I go there. I’ll keep coming because the food is great, but if they’re that busy they should hire on another employee to assist with pickup orders since that method is so common these days.“
