“The staff here is amazing. So sweet, so kind, so helpful, such kind smiles. I love that part! The lemonades are so good and I enjoyed mine thoroughly. I don't know why or when they switched, but the shredded chicken is not very good. You go to Chipotle for the grilled meat, not watery shredded chicken. That felt like a waste of money (I had tacos, so it was only chicken, no rice or beans). Also it was a cold day and I was freezing in the restaurant. The metal tables are not warm either. The staff make it worth it, but I can't recommend the shredded chicken or eating in the restaurant in the winter.“
“Young man at tortilla station on 7/17/26 at 6:37 pm was an excellent greeter and said “welcome” right away. Just overall great service his name might be Mohammed but I am not sure. That’s why I added the date, time, and station. Thank you for the great service“
