“Made the pilgrimage to the very first Chipotle from out of state! Such a cool, understated spot. It was kind of funny seeing regulars eat there who had no clue it was the original. The food was great and the portions were really generous. The absolute best part of our visit was the staff. Adriana and Exzar were so welcoming and attentive. Genuinely the best service we've ever had at any location!“

“This has been my closest Chipotle for a number of years. I Prefer it primarily because of the distance but portions in the past have been small and inconsistent. More recently thankfully they have been better and more thorough with providing what I ask for and charging appropriately. Definitely my favorite right now all around and the staff are polite efficient and helpful. Definitely exemplifies the quality we ask for in service today. Thank you

“Clean environment. Loved the atmosphere, staff, and service. Parking is a little tight, but everyone seemed well aware of their surroundings. I would definitely come here again with my family, especially after a doctor's appointment which was just about across the street.“

“The portion sizes are definitely smaller than average. That criticism in other reviews is fair.
That being said, the store is still new and clean.
The staff is still getting the hang of working together. They do a great job of cooking the food and keeping the store clean.
They deal with regular customers, door dashers, high school students and they have a drive through window for online orders.
I’m sure they’ll have everything figured out soon enough.

“I love Chipotle food! But for some reason over the last year or so, the chips have been about the worst I have ever had. And this is not limited to the location in Northfield. They taste stale even though staff ensures they make them fresh every day. I like to use the chips to dip into my burrito bowl, but I think I'll forego their chips and buy my own for a bit.“

“Honestly one of the best Chipotle visits I’ve had in a long time! The energy from the staff was top-notch—everyone was incredibly nice, patient, and efficient behind the counter. The food line was pristine, and you could tell all the ingredients had just been prepped. The meat was tender and full of flavor, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and the salsas tasted completely fresh. It’s rare to find a location that keeps both the kitchen area and dining room this clean and organized during a shift. Major props to the crew working today—they nailed it!“

“Give it up for the authentic Mexican staff who know the perfect ratio of chicken to beans and rice. Attempted to take a picture of the yummy food, but it disappeared. I only stop to eat at Chipotle in Aurora and Lakewood, but usually will skip the crunchy rice in Park Meadows?“

“Maria, the general manager runs a very good restaurant. She has personally taken care of things like refilling empty salad dressings on order and made sure every time I or anyone else for that matter has received not only the food quality but the customer service. Kudos to Maria for running a great restaurant but also caring about people. Ten out of Ten stars. Come to Lafayette, CO and see Maria and her team. They remember your face and are extremely kind. Type of place I come back too.“

“They were refilling lots of items, had to wait a bit to order. The lady gave me the good lettuce for my salad, says she does the same, somehow ended up with a bowl of rice and steak that we didn't order. Already home when discovered, whoops.“

“I got to this location ten minutes before closing. I was pleased to see that they had not started putting the food away. They were actualt waiting until they actually closed (shock and awe) I appreciate this very much. Many other quick restaurants stop making food and have nothing left an hour before closing. The young lady that helped me (I believe her name is Abby) was very kind , and greeted me with a smile . She did an AWESOME job making my burrito bowl. She didn't skimp on the ingredients at all. The place was spotless as well. It was like I stepped back in time and had an old school, REAL CHIPOTLE experience. As a native , I can't tell you how much I appreciate her customer service. “Every time I go to this Chipotle, the staff comes across as rude and unwelcoming. It always feels like you’re bothering them just by placing an order, which is disappointing as a paying customer. The service feels rushed, and there’s very little effort to make customers feel valued or appreciated. I understand that food service can be busy, but basic courtesy and friendliness go a long way. Unfortunately, the customer service experience here has been consistently poor.“

“Great experience and great workers except for Tyler, he is constantly rolling his eyes when lines are full, talking badly about customers infront of the line, consistently not giving the right portions of food that WE pay for. When serving he has made the order feel rushed which then angers other customers and leaves a reminder when eating the food about the terrible service we experienced from him. I am a frequent customer who has witnessed this behavior multiple times, and it has gotten to a point where I do not want to eat at this location because I am not getting the right amount of food I am paying for or even a decent experience. It’s also a bad look for the business as other people have expressed their feelings quietly or by side eyeing their peers in line during or after paying or even relating to this directly. “I wouldn’t usually leave a review as I go to chipotle all over and usually it’s just meh. Today I went to this chipotle and not only did each worker smile at me, ask me if I wanted more from each section and felt like they were all having a pleasant day. Also all the food items looked super fresh and my veggie bowl tasted better than one from chipotle in years. This is the location. Great team.“

“We came in close to 10pm on a Sunday so it was quiet, but the nice guys working took great care of us. Bowls made with care and we were grateful! For what it's worth, we were able to park in the small lot on the north side of the building (not on Broadway), but I'd guess that's pretty limited during busier hours.“

“This is not about the service or even the food, but I want to point out a kid that works there, by the name of Carter, never have I ever seen someone stock, fill the paper goods and clean the tables as fast as him, her did it in less than 4 minutes, I know cause I timed him. He's a real keeper.“

“Whoever was in the back cooking and chopping meat like a pro yesterday needs to be getting paid double time anytime he’s on the clock or else call corporate for wage theft.
