“I love this Chipotle every time I come here is the staff is extremely nice and helpful and the food is always fresh and the meat is always hot and cooked perfect. The Manager NaNo and all the crew members here are awesome. The bathrooms and the restaurant in general is always clean and the condiments and drink bar are always stocked up. I would recommend this Chipotle for a weekend meal with my friends and family or during the week catering for me and my work colleagues at work. Thanks look forward to many more visits here. “Clean environment. Loved the atmosphere, staff, and service. Parking is a little tight, but everyone seemed well aware of their surroundings. I would definitely come here again with my family, especially after a doctor's appointment which was just about across the street.“
“The portion sizes are definitely smaller than average. That criticism in other reviews is fair.
That being said, the store is still new and clean.
The staff is still getting the hang of working together. They do a great job of cooking the food and keeping the store clean.
They deal with regular customers, door dashers, high school students and they have a drive through window for online orders.
I’m sure they’ll have everything figured out soon enough.

“The servers were extremely fast and worked very well together. I had a large order and the other servers took customers around me while I ordered. They didn't skip a beat. The checkout person set aside my order so it wouldn't get mixed up. They missed nothing in my order despite a long line and chaotic atmosphere. Wonderful food and wonderful service!“
“Give it up for the authentic Mexican staff who know the perfect ratio of chicken to beans and rice. Attempted to take a picture of the yummy food, but it disappeared. I only stop to eat at Chipotle in Aurora and Lakewood, but usually will skip the crunchy rice in Park Meadows?“
“Every time I go to this Chipotle, the staff comes across as rude and unwelcoming. It always feels like you’re bothering them just by placing an order, which is disappointing as a paying customer. The service feels rushed, and there’s very little effort to make customers feel valued or appreciated. I understand that food service can be busy, but basic courtesy and friendliness go a long way. Unfortunately, the customer service experience here has been consistently poor.“
“They were refilling lots of items, had to wait a bit to order. The lady gave me the good lettuce for my salad, says she does the same, somehow ended up with a bowl of rice and steak that we didn't order. Already home when discovered, whoops.“
“Maria, the general manager runs a very good restaurant. She has personally taken care of things like refilling empty salad dressings on order and made sure every time I or anyone else for that matter has received not only the food quality but the customer service. Kudos to Maria for running a great restaurant but also caring about people. Ten out of Ten stars. Come to Lafayette, CO and see Maria and her team. They remember your face and are extremely kind. “I got to this location ten minutes before closing. I was pleased to see that they had not started putting the food away. They were actualt waiting until they actually closed (shock and awe) I appreciate this very much. Many other quick restaurants stop making food and have nothing left an hour before closing. The young lady that helped me (I believe her name is Abby) was very kind , and greeted me with a smile . She did an AWESOME job making my burrito bowl. She didn't skimp on the ingredients at all. The place was spotless as well. It was like I stepped back in time and had an old school, REAL CHIPOTLE experience. As a native , I can't tell you how much I appreciate her customer service. “Just went to this location to pickup a mobile order that said it was “ready for pickup”. I went up and told two ladies (who were rude and gave off a cliquey vibe) my name for the order — and they said it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later I go up and ask again if it was ready, and they proceed to give me a bag that was sitting there since I walked in.
Totally get that mistakes happen but they never even checked the bags that were ready for pickup the first time I asked and when I called out that my order was the bag sitting there for 10+ minutes, they started giggling😭 very odd interaction and very poor service overall.

“Great experience and great workers except for Tyler, he is constantly rolling his eyes when lines are full, talking badly about customers infront of the line, consistently not giving the right portions of food that WE pay for. When serving he has made the order feel rushed which then angers other customers and leaves a reminder when eating the food about the terrible service we experienced from him. I am a frequent customer who has witnessed this behavior multiple times, and it has gotten to a point where I do not want to eat at this location because I am not getting the right amount of food I am paying for or even a decent experience. It’s also a bad look for the business as other people have expressed their feelings quietly or by side eyeing their peers in line during or after paying or even relating to this directly. “We came in close to 10pm on a Sunday so it was quiet, but the nice guys working took great care of us. Bowls made with care and we were grateful! For what it's worth, we were able to park in the small lot on the north side of the building (not on Broadway), but I'd guess that's pretty limited during busier hours.“
“This is not about the service or even the food, but I want to point out a kid that works there, by the name of Carter, never have I ever seen someone stock, fill the paper goods and clean the tables as fast as him, her did it in less than 4 minutes, I know cause I timed him. He's a real keeper.“

“I did the nachos hack burrito bow and I signed up for their rewards program and got free guacamole and chips. That was awesome. Staff were really great consistent in the portions.It was really good. But that's what I like about chipotle.Is it usually consistent. And if you didn't know, this place is a piece of denver history, it is the first chipotle ever!!!!“
