“Clean environment. Loved the atmosphere, staff, and service. Parking is a little tight, but everyone seemed well aware of their surroundings. I would definitely come here again with my family, especially after a doctor's appointment which was just about across the street.“
“These days, this is my to to spot. They are generous with their portions and the one time the new employee was about to be stingy with the meat, the kind manager stepped in and corrected him before I even had a chance to notice. Much love for this location!“
“The portion sizes are definitely smaller than average. That criticism in other reviews is fair.
That being said, the store is still new and clean.
The staff is still getting the hang of working together. They do a great job of cooking the food and keeping the store clean.
They deal with regular customers, door dashers, high school students and they have a drive through window for online orders.
I’m sure they’ll have everything figured out soon enough.

“The servers were extremely fast and worked very well together. I had a large order and the other servers took customers around me while I ordered. They didn't skip a beat. The checkout person set aside my order so it wouldn't get mixed up. They missed nothing in my order despite a long line and chaotic atmosphere. Wonderful food and wonderful service!“
“Give it up for the authentic Mexican staff who know the perfect ratio of chicken to beans and rice. Attempted to take a picture of the yummy food, but it disappeared. I only stop to eat at Chipotle in Aurora and Lakewood, but usually will skip the crunchy rice in Park Meadows?“
“Easily the worst chipotle experience to date. First off, ordered online and it said it was ready so I walked over just to encounter around 20 people waiting for their orders. I saw them slap on a disgusting amount of sour cream onto a bowl. I thought wow, whoever’s bowl that is looks nasty. 10 minutes later I got my food and walked out. I did not stay to inspect my meal but when I got home I realized I got the sour cream bowl! I had ordered a burrito. On top of that there was almost no meat and the rice was crunchy from being undercooked. Apparently I was “not eligible for a refund”. Undercooked, inedible and overall horrible experience. Over-priced as well even if it wasn’t ruined. Honestly will probably never order chipotle again.“
“They were refilling lots of items, had to wait a bit to order. The lady gave me the good lettuce for my salad, says she does the same, somehow ended up with a bowl of rice and steak that we didn't order. Already home when discovered, whoops.“
“I eat here all time, and I think they do a great job. Staff is polite and friendly, food is good and consistent. Across the street from the high school, so occasionally overwhelmed by kids, but they handle it well. Happy to have them in our Denver neighborhood.“
“This Chipotle is decent. They actually pay attention to special instructions. If you order extra lettuce you will get extra lettuce. If you order light rice, they will give you a small amount of rice. The employees serm to care. This location is the total opposite of the location off of Evans and Gilpin. If you are in the university area, I highly recommend going to this Chipotle location instead of the one off of Evans. Even if you have to travel a little bit farther, trust me, it will be worth it to go to this location. Do not go to the location off of Evans and Gilpin.“
“Just went to this location to pickup a mobile order that said it was “ready for pickup”. I went up and told two ladies (who were rude and gave off a cliquey vibe) my name for the order — and they said it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later I go up and ask again if it was ready, and they proceed to give me a bag that was sitting there since I walked in.
Totally get that mistakes happen but they never even checked the bags that were ready for pickup the first time I asked and when I called out that my order was the bag sitting there for 10+ minutes, they started giggling😭 very odd interaction and very poor service overall.

“Food was delicious, everything I ordered, jerk chicken, catfish combo with cabbage and mashed potatoes. Service was extremely slow but it wasn't the server's fault...she was taking care of the floor by herself and was doing the very best she could. Then their system went down so you could only pay by cashapp or cash. Zelle didn't work. The sad part is mgmt never came out to say anything to us. I would think good customer service would have been to come out and express their concern about the slowness and the system being down! I'm not sure I'll go back even though the food was excellent but my time is important! Good company and conversation was why we stayed!“
“We came in close to 10pm on a Sunday so it was quiet, but the nice guys working took great care of us. Bowls made with care and we were grateful! For what it's worth, we were able to park in the small lot on the north side of the building (not on Broadway), but I'd guess that's pretty limited during busier hours.“
“This is my go-to chipotle and I’ve had several great experiences here, mostly the staff being really kind and just great service all around. When we went tonight (March 5) the team was so fast and very friendly. The manager Alex is super rad. Just wanted to shout-out this location and say thanks. Small kindnesses matter and they made my day. 🤗“
“This is not about the service or even the food, but I want to point out a kid that works there, by the name of Carter, never have I ever seen someone stock, fill the paper goods and clean the tables as fast as him, her did it in less than 4 minutes, I know cause I timed him. He's a real keeper.“
“Whoever was in the back cooking and chopping meat like a pro yesterday needs to be getting paid double time anytime he’s on the clock or else call corporate for wage theft. “I went in about 12pm nov.29th today all employees and manager were nice and made my day better enjoyed the food they made it just perfect 5star I highly prefer this chipotle clean store awesome food made right if you enjoy this place give a 5star as well“
“Great to grab and go, but be aware that there is virtually no seating. Four stools adjacent to the line to order, plus three chairs by the register. No issue if you are taking your food to go, but don't plan on this location if you want to eat there (unless you are really lucky and stools open up, as we were - still loud and cramped for dine in though).“
