Hyra is sooo nice! She's amazing. We are always greeted and welcomed with open arms. The quality of food is impeccable and they use such fresh ingredients. I won't go to any other location.
Visiting the original Chipotle on Evans near DU feels like a small burrito pilgrimage. This is where Chipotle began in 1993, and you can still see the roots of the industrial design that became familiar in locations across the country.

The first Chipotle location has some memorabilia and the original design outside, making it a unique experience and Chipotle's birthplace. Seating is sparse inside but there are quite a few spots outside. The service is always good here but if the line is out the door you might have a 10 minute wait.
