Ordered online pickup. Showed up and still had to wait almost 30 mins while at least 15 people walked in, ordered and left before I was even acknowledged. Store was very dirty. Employees had no sense of urgency. I talked with corporate who didn’t care at all. So sad because we live so close to this location. Won’t go back

Came in on our way to taking our son to the airport. We had to wait SO LONG to be helped. No acknowledgement from the staff about the wait or even if it was going to take a while before getting served. They were working on a catering order at 11:30..... A lot of this stuff could have been bagged up earlier, but it's more the fact that we weren't told we'd be standing around for ages waiting to be helped. We could have gone to another location closer to the airport .

Average. Service wasn't great but it wasn't necessarily bad. The food portions seemed smaller than usual and there wasn't a menu present to see what kid friendly options there were. When we asked, they just looked at us ?

Online orders are not priotized. Don't expect your food to be done when an online order is placed.. your still made to wait in line behind everyone else getting food while yours has already been paid for. Lobby is super small and crowded when busy

I love Chipotle! Even when I’m on a diet at least once a week. However this franchise being on the smaller side, I’m particularly fond of the atmosphere, especially considering it’s the first Chipotle franchise in the world!

They were fast & somewhat friendly but the parking here sucks went around the block 3 times still no parking unless you want to walk a few blocks to eat! I’m handicapped & tried to park as close as possible but 711 has you towed just for being gone 5 min! So that was $240 I couldn’t lose but needed my car cuz I’m homeless! I don’t recommend this place if your handicapped or have trouble walking because there is NO parking the have like 3 parking spots to use and the streets were full!!

No seating. Understaffed. If you come here expecting a chipotle consistent with what you know, you will be severely disappointed. The 2 workers are doing every task and can't provide decent service.

I love Chipotle, and it's cool that this is the original store, but this is the sloppyest Chipotle I've ever been to. It's not really the workers' fault - the prep line seems cramped due to the tiny store. At any rate, there always seems to be a healthy amount of bean goop in the rice, cheese in the salsas, mixing and matching with the meats, etc. Go to this one if you're down with having a little bit of everything in your burrito. If you're particular, maybe pick a different location.

Took over 20 mins to order my food, the line was all the way to the bathroom. Not to mention, when I went to order they were out of stock on most food items. (Chicken, white rice, cheese, Queso, sour cream.) and yet, STILL charged me FULL PRICE! They had two employees talking in the back, rather than helping the 20 minute line forming in the front. Highly WOULDN'T recommend this chipotle branch. Don’t waste your money, nor time.

I was charged full price while nothing was available. I waited 30 minutes the line was to the bathroom. They got my order wrong and didn’t care. People at the register had attitudes worst staffing I’ve ever seen.
