Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lone Tree

“This is typically our go-to location! The staff are friendly and they are great with mobile orders. My only feedback is about the guacamole. Most times it is brown. Today I asked for a new one and while the customer service was excellent, the replacement guacamole wasn’t. I really don’t like the uncertainty of knowing what color guac will appear in my bag. Honestly I’d prefer you didn’t include it and just leave a note saying “sorry brown today ” instead. Otherwise keep up the great work!!“

“I have loved chipotle my whole life. In the past few years I’ve had nothing but awful experiences. Across the nation Chipotle workers seem disgruntled and upset, the good quality is poor, and the restaurants are messy. This chipotle is like a pleasant blast from the past. The food is good, tastes like chipotle is supposed to and is consistent high quality every time. The employees are so kind and don’t skimp you on portions. This is the best chipotle I’ve been to in 7 years. It is incredible.“
