Chipotle Mexican Grill in Parker

“I personally have had nothing but great experiences at THIS Chipoltle location!

I have also been to main street in Parker and I have been to the Castle Rock in the Sprouts parking lot location. This location off Cottonwood next to Costco is the difference between night and day.

I made it my place to meet the general manager Corbin... who has been present every time I've went in! The place has always been clean and my food was always delicious!

I think the most important feature is that they actually have customer service skills in there. For workers of fast food restaurants as well as reviewers... when an employee is kind, that goes a long way!

And just last night I went in and the place was clean, there was NOT a long line and everything was organized. I was greeted as well.
This night I had a personal issue to deal with and Corbin jumped right in was so helpful for me and my son!

This will continue to be my go-to Chipotle! I truly believe that managers from the other chipotles should come there and see the difference. They could learn a lot from this Cottonwood location.

“Food is good, service is good, wait times depend on when you arrive (lunch/dinner)
The one thing that id say could be mildly infuriating is the quality of the bags and bowls. For context im currently out of a vehicle so I use an e-scooter to get around so I asked for a handled bag to carry my food and ended up wiping out because my food fell out from the bottom of the bag (it didn't rip, the glue they use to hold it came undone mid ride) and caught my wheel mind you I've done this a few times already. The second about the bowl is the fact that if your bowl has liquid in it then it starts to break up and mix with the food if you even so much as accidentally use your utensils with slightly too much force. Other than that the location is very good“
