Chipotle really does satisfy their customers. I love going there because they have great customer service. Really recommend going there.
They give like half a scoop of protein and stare at you basically baring you to ask for more. Go the one on broadway and 6th instead.
Every time I go to this Chipotle, the staff comes across as rude and unwelcoming. It always feels like you’re bothering them just by placing an order, which is disappointing as a paying customer. The service feels rushed, and there’s very little effort to make customers feel valued or appreciated. I understand that food service can be busy, but basic courtesy and friendliness go a long way. Unfortunately, the customer service experience here has been consistently poor.
