I understand that this being a downtown location with a lot of foot traffic but the staff here seems to be way too rushed to make the order properly. They shove your bowl down the line and don’t allow you to make the selections you want. For example, immediately after I ordered meat they sent it down to the toppings station when I also wanted fajitas. This is a problem with the management because I saw the gentleman standing in front of the station telling his employee not to let people pile up at the front of the line. I would rather wait in a short line and have my order made right and show that they care about what they’re doing then rushed to order. I have been to chipotle a number of times so I know my order well but if this was my first time and I didn’t know what I wanted, I would be horrified. Do better management, care for your customers instead of rushing them.

Ordered through door dash and our entire order was wrong, cold, small portion than what chipotle usually gives and even missed an entire bowel of my order - so frustrating. Not ordering from this location again.

This younger generation of pretty boys need to learn better customer service skills. They were almost robotic. Lay off the drugs and be a decent human being if your the face of any company especially serving food.

First off the food display was gross there was onion slices in the black beans and the brown rice looked burnt (which is usually what I get)Then staff weren’t friendly. Couldn’t even return a smile. Third, the burrito bowl I got was only half filled! Like the smallest burrito bowl I’ve ever gotten from any chipotle ever! You could literally still see the BOTTOM of the bowl before taking a single bite! This is inexcusable!If you’re looking for food in the 16th street mall area. Skip this place.Update: I tried connecting with support. Link provided by chipotle post review! They did nothing but waste a half hour of my time by collecting information but never actually making right on the issue. And for being a publicly traded company with so many stores across the nation this left such a bad taste in my mouth I’m never going to Chipotle again!Illegal Peet’s is way better in food, service, atmosphere, everything!

Had a really weird experience here. My chipotle order is super simple, I get a chicken bowl with chips and the only thing I get that has an up charge is queso. Rang me up to 18 bucks. Knew something wasn’t right and they it has extra chicken. I guess the guy on protein had a heavy hand on mine and they wanted to charge me for it without ordering. Chipotle portions are already too big to eat and almost too expensive to warrant going anymore so no thanks. Talk to your staff and don’t push the cost onto unknowing customers.
