“This is a well run location. Good size portions and food is prepared with care. Restaurant was clean and napkins, straws etc well stocked. Chipotle needs to make it easier to tip their employees! I appreciate them very much.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of folks bring their kids for dinner here.

“We helped plan a birthday party lunch on May 16, 2026, in Firestone and ordered catering for 25 people from the Frederick Chipotle. It wasn’t until we were within 24 hours of pickup that we read all of the negative reviews. We worried all night that the party at noon would be ruined by undercooked food or not enough of it. We arrived 15 minutes early to check on the order. The guy on the register seemed a little surprised about a catering order, but the lady working by the grill was already on it. She cooked up a storm and did a fantastic job. The completed order ended up being maybe 5 minutes late, but there was plenty of food (we saw her weighing out the portions) and it was all delicious! The workers were very professional and helpful. Our guests were very pleased with the meal. We worried for nothing! Frederick Chipotle, you did yourselves proud this day!“
“Friday, 3/20 at about 6pm. The dude working the line is the best I’ve ever seen. Courteous, got every detail right, checked to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it… best ever. I think I’ve had 10k meals at 100 locations. Best employee I’ve ever seen.“
