If you charge extra on bowls for standard toppings that your competitor provides for free, then you need to inform your patrons so they are not paying $22 for one bowl. I will not be returning to Chipotle. Wayyyy overpriced!!
Last night is likely my last time. Food is ok, but there appears to be a culture of indifference that has been building here for years. There are too many places that sell $10+ burritos where you don't have to work so hard or ask so many times to get what you want. They seem to be happy to make you something that they want to make with little care for your instructions or requests.
