The team working on the evening of 3/21/24 could use some training in guest service.In placed a mobile order. Came to pick it up, and didn’t receive the kids cup that came with the kids meal. When I inquired, they told me to check the back. I did, and the drink wasn’t in there. I informed them, and got a weird look. So, I opened the bag and showed them there was no drink cup. They asked what I wanted, and I said just a Coke. Then, I was informed that kids meals only come with milk or juice. I told them “that’s strange, I ordered a fountain drink a couple of days ago and was given a cup”. I then received my cup that I asked about the whole time.Got home, and was missing the chips with my kids meal. I went back to the store, and the team was super rude. I sat there at the counter even though they had just seen me 10 minutes before and gave me the weird runaround for my kids cup. After a wait they asked, “What can I get started for you”? I informed the team I had just picked up my order and was missing the kids chip. Without a word said, the girl turned around and grabbed the chips off the shelf, dropped the chips on the counter by the register, and didn’t say anything. I thanked them and told them to have a good night and got “yup” back.Super disappointing. I work in the service industry and understand mistakes happen. But when they do, you don’t literally drop the “fix” on the counter without a word.If you wanna receive half your order, fight for the fountain drink you paid for, go back to the restaurant, and get treated like you made the mistakes then this is the Chipotle for you!

I would give this place a zero if I could because they hired me and then we where waiting for an email and in return said it was taking to long when it said in the other email that it would be there within 24 hours and she then in return tells me the email was taking to long when I was just in there not even two days later because I went in Wednesday and got the email literally Thursday and told her that and no response till today when she said it's taking to long.....like really that is really bad management and communication

We go to our local chipotle (17th/Main, Longmont) regularly to get our grandchildren take out. I've been very happy with the food and the service.Kid-friendliness: The BYO meals are great for kids (and their grandparents :) )

If you charge extra on bowls for standard toppings that your competitor provides for free, then you need to inform your patrons so they are not paying $22 for one bowl. I will not be returning to Chipotle. Wayyyy overpriced!!

Horrible place don’t go here ran by a bunch of highschoolers who could care less about their job I had an online order for a chicken with double protein bowl and they served me some dry leftover chicken that my dog wouldn’t eat. FYI, my dog a pitbull, and he eats almost anything. Currently taking the food that I received with the receipt and time/date to a chef to verify it’s not spoiled. If it is I will press charges at this location.

Last night is likely my last time. Food is ok, but there appears to be a culture of indifference that has been building here for years. There are too many places that sell $10+ burritos where you don't have to work so hard or ask so many times to get what you want. They seem to be happy to make you something that they want to make with little care for your instructions or requests. I hate to even post stuff like this since some hourly workers will likely get chewed out when all culture problems start and the top - these words will likely not even resonate with those who need to hear them the most.

Ran by a bunch of little girls & I had a birthday reward that wasn’t working on the app even tho it expires in December. The manager comes out and says it’s because I don’t have anything else even tho I did a $50 mobile order! On top of that they put hardly anything on a burrito bowl that was double everything and charged.

The food is normal Chipotle...not bad, not great...but two stars is for the awful vibe and attitudes of the workers. No smiles, no"thank yous", not one ounce of care. They slapped food in the tortilla with angry faces like they hate their lives. Literally every worker was depressing. Upon leaving, I held the door for a worker coming in to start their shift...who also didn't say thank you for me holding the door. They can't ALL hate their lives, can they?
