Ordered for pickup one hour later. Went at the time I was given. Was told they were working on the order. Then was told that they didn’t have the item I ordered. Then was told it would be 3-5 days to get my money back.
I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with rice, beans, salsa, guacamole, and cheese.
I got a bowl of guacamole, salsa and cheese.
You can’t talk to anyone at the restaurant and the Pepper chat is worthless.
Today I went to the Chipotle on Allen Street. I pulled up and the sign on the door said “online orders only” so I placed an online order per their sign on the front door. 2 min later ppl started walking in (12:20), I walked in and got in line.
When it was turn (just min later). I explained the situation and that I was there… they could cancel my online order and just make my burritos and go. Employee went in back and said - they are making it in back. So, o ordered something...read full review
