Panda Express in Colorado Springs

“I apreciate the communication here. It was busy as usual for the lunch rush, but the staff made sure to touch base with the customers in line as they were going between our orders and the online orders. It is amazing to see the staff working well round one another to get everything done.“

“So I come to this Panda quite a lot. Speed or service, quality of food and the amount of protein I get per dollar. All of this is important to me.

Yet, for some odd reason, any time I use the drive thru I always run into this guy Luis at the window. The guy usually has a smile on, good vibes, is always looking out for me and loves my dog if I ever bring him with me. For the ladies, this is the spot you gotta go to because I heard my boy might be single, got game, swag and is an all around nice guy. He cares about his customers that swings by and in the food service industry, that can be challenging to do. So imagine how he would take care of you? He would be considered an exotic Hispanic probably here in the springs too. I would be very disappointed if this guy didn’t get promoted, ran his own store, got a few pay raises on top of it, because if Panda truly cared about their people, this guy is an absolute requirement to be on the top of your list, if not, you should give him a letter of recommendation and personally have this man go to another company who can use his leadership, care, support, and willingness to do right for others, as you vouch for him yourself and go out of your way to make sure this man can do whatever he can to be the best version of himself.“

“So Panda Express is Panda Express I am posting because one of their staff members was easily the nicest staff I've run into in a very long time.
His name is Ryan he was sweet helpful kind and efficient. He even took the time to bring out a fresh serving of food to my elderly mother

I will come back to this Panda Express specifically even though it's out of the way for me simply because of Ryan

He's the kind of employee that makes a company and an entire corporation look good“

“My partner was recently diagnosed with health complications and is on a strict diet.
Stephanie at this location was very helpful and cheerfully helped us with our order. We ordered a big side of veggie and Chicken with string beans.
The veggies looked dried and not appetizing. Stephanie made a fresh batch which made all the difference.
We were happy to know that PE has low calories, low sugar options.

“I mean, it's panda. And this location is what you would expect out of panda. The people working there are great and the food is good for the price. If you want decent quality Asian food at a more than affordable price, panda is it. The only reason it's 4 star is because of the ne BBQ brisket, it's more fat and chewy than anything. I know it's cheap meat, but could do a little better sourcing.“

“Love the orange chicken of course and the chow mein and fried rice both go great with the beef and broccoli. The counter service is usually pretty fast and reliable however when they get busy it can take a while to get through the line and then find a place to sit too. I usually just order to go as a result and seldom have difficulty. Great Chinese food at a decent price and ready on the fly. Would recommend this location of Panda Express for sure!“

“I ordered online for lunch but it was too busy so I was unable to get my order in time to return to work. Maddie was amazing to work with! I was able to work it out on being able to get my food. I understand what it’s like to deal with the dreaded lunch rush so I was not mad at all, just a little sad I couldn’t enjoy this delicious food earlier. 10/10 I will always order from here“
