“A huge thank you to the NIGHT MANAGER on NOVEMBER 5TH for making an UBER(EATS) DISASTER right! We were missing HALF of our order (a WHOLE BAGS worth) and had contacted our driver MARTA and of course “I know nothing; talk to panda”.
My family and I rushed into their store from out east with the ONE of TWO bags severally aggravated thinking it was their fault that half of our order was missing; turns out, MARTA had already picked up BOTH bags and chose to only deliver ONE of TWO bags. The night manager made the right business decision and chose to suck up the cost of our whole order and made EVERYTHING FRESH for us.
I sincerely hope that corporate gets the chance to read this review and at least reward him with acknowledgment. Thank you again, sir, I’m sorry we didn’t catch your name. You truly care for your customers. ❤️
FYI; UBER DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE.. OUR ONLY OPTION IS TO STOP USING THEM.“

“Not sure what’s going on with the other reviews, I really enjoyed dropping by this location. The employees were fast, hardworking, and courteous. I’m impressed by the flavor and portion of the food too. Wish I had taken some photos but we had already eaten most of it by the time I remembered to ? the bourbon chicken is 10/10“

First lady (Angie) was helping us on getting our plates ready, my daughter was thinking on what to eat (she is a slow decision maker because of her disability...
Angie with a mad face just got inpatient and just handed the plate to Emily for her to complete our order.... I think that was really disrespectful..
Emily was patient and really nice even asking if we needed extra or other things to complete my orders.
