“We placed a large order for our healthcare company at Chipotle and they cancelled it without telling us. The order was placed and confirmed the day before. They wouldn't help us get it resolved. We went to Panda Express instead and they said it would be over an hour to make all the food, which was understandable since it was a large order, but we told them that it was needed sooner, and they were so nice and worked with us to accommodate. We had lunch for 30 people within 30 minutes. It was great food and great service. Panda Express saved the day! Thank you!!!“
“We decided to grab a bite to eat since we were over in the area. Sarai was the one who took care of us, and she’s efficient and friendly. The staff was working well together. The food was good. It was hot and fresh. We ate in the restaurant, and it was clean.We enjoyed our visit.“

“This was the best customer service I have ever seen!! I placed an order online. I didn’t realize that I did pick up instead of delivery. I called the store and talked to the amazing manager! Not only did she hand deliver our food but she also brought an incredible stuffed animal for our daughter! I have never seen anything like this!!!“
“I would like to commend this Panda Express location for their fast and friendly customer service. They have a new rewards app which was a little difficult to navigate but I got through it ok and I'm sure will improve in time. The service and quality of the food was outstanding. we ordered quite a bit and had two separate orders under that was paid with one card and not only was I given a nice discount for using the app but to have the food order accurate and served hot quickly was quite impressive . Kudos to the staff at this location for making me a fan of Panda Express! I could not be more satisfied with Penn express and this locations work.“
