I would like to commend this Panda Express location for their fast and friendly customer service. They have a new rewards app which was a little difficult to navigate but I got through it ok and I'm sure will improve in time. The service and quality of the food was outstanding. we ordered quite a bit and had two separate orders under that was paid with one card and not only was I given a nice discount for using the app but to have the food order accurate and served hot quickly...read full review
On September 2nd I ordered a meal for my son before he could pick it up, he was rushed to the hospital and we didn't get to go pick his food up until 2 days later, we spoke with the manager and she was able to make his order over for us to pick up and never gave us any problems with picking up his order, again Thank you Panda Express for understanding a medical emergency., And we end up buying dinner for the family.dinner was great.

Claims to open at 10 am, but it doesn't open until 1030 am. They also have brown rice on the menu but never have it available. Food is fair, and service is so so. The neighborhood isn't that great.
