Food temperature was ok/not great, they have what seem to be highschool kids working to take your orders, so they don't really pay attention to anything your saying/ordering, the location isn't great due to the neighborhood they're located in. If you want to eat in there's plenty of seating, but some of the customers that are in the store eating, I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids with you. All in all... There needs to be a better organization on their online orders. What's the point of ordering if they do NOT have it ready. They know about the order as I'm seeing the receipt hanging. They just don't bag it up til you get there. If you order online & choose pick up thru drive thru. They make you go inside to pick it up as it's NOT ready!

Every single time we order from there, the order is ALWAYS WRONG OR MISSING SOMETHING. It's disappointing because we always spend $70-$80 and the 5 times we've boughten from there, this has happened. It isn't hard to have the employees double check the order before handing it out. Some of us really can't afford to drive all the way back out there to have it fixed. Please do better
