Manager doesn't speak English, & nobody else does there either! I asked for medium sides of fries, & red beans,& rice, & only got a small side of red beans, & rice when I explained this to the manager he just walked away, BECAUSE HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! Food is nice, & warm, & tastes good, but the communication barrier is TERRIBLE I WANTED MY FRIES DAMN IT, BUT I'LL MAKE MY OWN! MY MOTHER FOUND A PIECE OF HAIR ON HER CHICKEN AS WELL, SO THE FOOD IS TRASH NOW TOO SHE JUST BROUGHT THIS TO MY ATTENTION AS I'M WRITING THIS IF WE GET SICK WE KNOW WHY! WE RARELY EAT OUT FOR THIS REASON!

Disgusting food. Terrible service. The lady assumed I was homeless and asking for.free food n started yelling at me thru the drive thru window, telling me to go away. She wouldn't even let me get a word in. She finally stopped only because i had pulled out my wallet n made the cash visible. I witnessed her treat two other people the same exact way while i was waiting for my food

I placed an online order and still waited over 20 minutes for my food. Then my chicken tasted like rubber and was very overcooked!! I ordered a family meal but only got thighs and legs. I will never eat at this location again! Beware!!

There people are rude. They told me to come back for my order after 5 min I did and never gave the order. The people there tack so long and don’t respect there customer. It’s not like the customer is not paying for there order they are paying for it it’s not free than respect me like the way you have respect me when you took my money. Even if there is no line they always tack long and very rude people working there.

Went to the one at 4070 N. Colorado Blvd in Denver tonight, Friday 2/23/24. Took forever to get our order. We were order #8. It's a Friday in Lent so we ordered a fish sandwich. I specifically asked the order filler if he put in the fish sandwich and he said yes. Chicken came from warming bin. So did fries. Nothing was cooked fresh or was hot. And the sandwich wasn't in the order. Hubby will go back tomorrow and get a refund for the sandwich and then we won't eat at Popeyes again. So disappointing. I'm amazed they stay in business. Hope the owner of this one reads this review.

Don't bother making an online order for the drive-thru here they just going to make you go into the lobby and wait with five other people I specifically made a drive-thru order and they want me to wait in the lobby.
