Friendly staff and great customer service.
Good service good food
Receipt was wrong and didn't include my white rice, but instead had chow mien, even after being asked for clarification. I didn't receive any fortune cookies, and had to wait >15 mins outside for order. I went to enjoy my rice and it was undercooked and crunchy, so it was practically inedible. I submitted a survey with a request for a response from corporate and it's been weeks without a response or accommodations for their poor service.
