Second time we've ordered online an hour ahead for pick up in last 10 months. Like last time, they didn't have the order. Had to find it in their system when we got there. They were very apologetic and put it together fast but we ordered 4 egg rolls only got one no soy sauce or hot mustard we requested. Rude staff, but this is Aurora. Lots of swearing going on behind the counter. Somebody said "can you help that guy? I'm busy." Food was fairly standard for Panda Express, but was not a good portion or mix of ingredients. Maybe there are better locations in the Denver area.
The person at the counter who first took our order was rude and he was upset about something, but we had no idea what. Another staff member took over and the 4 of us finally were able to get our orders in. Our food wasn't ready when we paid and when we did get the food we got no utensils.
