Usually my go to location for panda express however this time I received extremely poor service. Got my usual in the drive through but they had given me the incorrect item so I went back through the drive through to get the correct item. There was only one car behind me when I recieved the food and the drive through was slow enough that there were no other customers before I got behind that car when returning to the drivethrough. After informing them of the issues their attitude made me felt like they thought I was lying about the incorrect item, while I understand the need to see a receipt I was litterally a customer a car prior, even after I showed rhe receipt they didn't believe me until I showed them I received an eggroll instead. They took the eggroll back and gave me the correct item but I felt the person who handed it to me pushed it into my face aggressively like he was pissed off and I didnt so much as recieve an apology about the mix up with him slamming the drive through window and walking away. I dont believe I was being rude about the issue either, I just wanted what I ordered.

3/10/24- Do not go through their drive through because they will mess up your order like they did ours. Our receipt clearly shows that one of our meals was supposed to have shrimp and we even paid the upcharge for it. Instead they gave us a chicken dish instead. Horrible customer service at this place and they don't check to see if they got your order open. Also when I tried to call them about getting refunded for the shrimp up charge no one bothered to pick up the phone. Do not go to this location, they do not care about the customer experience. Update: when I finally got them on the phone the manager Sarah said that the system wouldn't let them do a refund and the best she could do was give me a credit for 30 days, but that still makes me have to drive all the way back out their because of their mistake. Once again horrible customer service!

We decided to grab a bite to eat since we were over in the area. Sarai was the one who took care of us, and she’s efficient and friendly. The staff was working well together. The food was good. It was hot and fresh. We ate in the restaurant, and it was clean.We enjoyed our visit.

One of the best Panda Express restaurants I have been to. I could smell the fragrance of the food from outside the building and when you enter it's a tad bit overwhelming ?. Food was fresh, warm and delicious. Kinda expensive being at $16.73 for one box, drink and wantons but the crew definitely knew what they were doing.
This place is insufferable. The food is overly expensive, bland with no seasoning and the staff treats you like garbage. Panda Express does not want your business.

You can't go wrong with Panda Express. I got a huge serving of hot, fresh, delicious food for a great price. I got the greens instead of rice or noodles, Kung Pao Chicken, & and Mushroom Chicken. Everything was great. Fast food that kept me on my diet.
Oscar was doing a really great job and he was really cute ☺️. I go there usually every weekend to see him to order my cream cheese Ragoons. Great staff and pretty Cashier?
