Went in and ordered 3 plates, to go. All 3 had orange chicken. Had to wait for more, and they would let us know when the plates were ready. Got the ok, food was bagged up and we went on our way. Got home and all three were missing the chicken. Loaded it back up and headed back to the store. Staff really didn't care, just took the containers put the chicken in and sent us on our way. The lack of customer service was comical. No greet or smiles and when you walk up to order, server is direct and only asks what you would like. The food was meh. Fast food Americanized Chinese food. Veggies tasted old and orange chicken, broccoli beef, teriyaki chicken, rice, noodles, potstickers were overly sauced and greasy. Why drown everything in similar sauces? Charging for a water cup for a 2 year old is actually insane. Then they ring it up as a kids soda anyways. What a joke
