“Went through the drive through tonight and a super nice guy took my order and helped me navigate the menu taking into account a number of dietary restrictions I have. He met me at the window with the perfect late night meal I was hoping for. Thank you Carls Jr and Kaleb for great customer service!“

“I been to so many Carls jr but never as clean as this Carls jr. The whole time I was there an employee his name is Isaiah Garcia stud out to me because he was occupied cleaning and keeping the lobby clean. My food was out very fast and fresh, I love that. Isaiah was also greeting and had a smile. He has excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back to eat here.“

“Accidentally placed an order with the wrong store location. The drive-thu attendant at this Carls Jr. helped me to not only cancel that order, but also helped me to recreate my order for their location, and also included my coupons and rewards points from the mobile App. They went above and beyond, and I will be back because of it.“

“Carls Jr is my go to when I want a burger. The western bacon cheese burger with no onion rings is my favorite. Staff is very friendly and kind. The manager is super cool and laid back. And a very close family friend of mine I used to work with at different restaurant works there so from time to time I get to see her. It's clean, good food and fast service, and its always free and HOT!“

“This location is always fresh! The first time I came here I thought it was a fluke that we got our food fresh, but NO. Every. Single. Time. FRESH! The lobby is always clean, the kitchen is always clean and The staff are kind and responsive. For a fast food joint this place is better than most sit down restaurants. Highly recommend!“

“So I've been stranded in Colorado springs from Wisconsin and the customer service here is dismal. Nothing is as it seems just like being in the movie 'the labyrinth' am I on a different planet?. No orders arrived right and cant get straight answers from anyone. I discovered carls jr literally is right next door so my dog ans I walked over and I was back in earth again. Steven and Liz took really good care of marvin and. I felt really safe and Steve ans Liz are the sweetest. What a rock star team. Really, I appreciate the warmth and kindness I didnt want to leave! “One time me and my children we went to this Carl’s Jr and the staff was so nice! The food were lukewarm and very good. Its like I could say it was perfect. However the floors were a little bit wet and slippery but I think it was because they had just mopped. The lady that served us was so kind to my 5 children. She gave each of them a cookie for free! The drinks were delicious! The tables we’re so clean and the seats were comfy and my children and I had to get 2 separate tables 😂! Haha! Anywho this place is amazing I recommend going to it!“
