Please explain to me why y’all offer an online ordering option that doesn’t appropriately communicate with the actual store? Or why your insanely rude incompetent staff doesn’t know how to find the order, when I try to show the extremely rude distracted employee my proof of purchase, order confirmation, transaction that pulled $30.00 out of my account l she refused to even look at any of this. She refused to make food or help me in any way.

I went to this location today and spent 45.00$$ on food for me and my family. The crew lead had a bad attitude so the other counter lady helped me. I ordered and went home with my food. I noticed they left out a order of fries and my large fried ended up being small fries, so I called to tell them and the one lady who answered the phone put me on hold for 5mins and the lady who took my order got on the phone and said she left the fries out and then caught a attitude when I said...read full review
