After like 15 minutes of sitting in the drive through we were handed our food and it was all borderline cold.While ordering I ordered a 9 piece jalapeño popper, so the only sauce I asked for was “a lot of ranch”. Tell me why I opened the bag and there’s one single ranch and two ketchups (didn’t even ask for ketchup)Mind you I ordered ONE combo and an order of jalapeño poppers.

These guys, are lazy and hate to work get mad when you ask them to give you what you want and rush you when your not even done ordering, especially the big fella ? he hates his job so much asked him for a famous star double and "he yells this is what i cant stand", got mad because i ordered my food, cmon bud thats your job big fella ? man one thing is this I don't suggest this place to anyone.

Stood in line for 15 minutes after ordering and then was told they are rebooting the system couldn’t get my food unless I had exact change. Didn’t even have a back up for this issue. Now I’m going to work with no good after don’t there for almost half a hour. I will being calling customer over this because this is not acceptable.

Had my 9-year-old in here with me we decided to grab some breakfast real quick the dude work in the front counter was very scatterbrained act like he didn't really know what he was doing which is cool if you're new because you know everybody's got to learn but the lady just kept cussing and then talking with another guy we walk out the front door to our car my son's hash browns are ice cold his sausage is cold and we stood there for like 15 minutes or longer waiting for our food so why do we have ice cold food? We normally have a good experience but this one was awful you should have paid us to eat that food this morning it's in the trash outside!

Okay look, Carl’s Jr is OKAY, and that “OKAY”, is by far a stretch. McDonald’s food is terrible… BUT it is cheap hence why its buisness is always booming. Burger King is GARBAGE… BUT it’s cheap hence why buisness is booming. The girlfriend went to Carl’s Jr to pick up some food, I chose Carl’s Jr as I wanted something quick and cheap, ordered a burger combo (burger ,fries, and a drink) the girlfriend got a burger and a shake. Went to the window and the price totaled to almost $30… THIRTY DOLLARS, FOR 2 BURGERS, FRIES, A DRINK, AND A MILK SHAKE. I could have just gone to McDonald’s and bought myself, my girlfriend and 2 Friends meals. Service was fantastic can’t lie about that. Employees very kind, respectful, and fast with the food prep, the food… was okay, actually the food would have been okay if the guilt of spending $30 on some bland burgers wasn’t eating at my SOUL. If their prices are this unfair, imagine their employee wages…. Do better.

The manger Valerie took my order, she was super nice very good energy and customer service lobby was very clean I wanted something with avocado in it and she recommended me the guacamole bacon angus burger combo which had charbroiled third pound angus patty, bacon, pepper, jack cheese , lettuce , tomato , red onions and Santa Fe sauce. Served with fries and a beverage also had fresh fries Ten out of ten would recommend also my boyfriend had the jalapeño angus burger combo which had charbroiled angus patty, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato’s , Santa Fe sauce, served on a potato bun with fries and a beverage Fries were also fresh eight out of ten. We also shared the sourdough star fresh thick bread charbroiled patty, bacon, classic cheese, caramelized onions, melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato’s, mayonnaise, last but not least strawberry milk slush ! Good presentation amazing experience delicious meal definitely going there again !

This location is absolutely horrible with online orders. Check everything you received before you drive away because it will never be correct. Hope you don't need napkins or condiments either. And, if you wanted to get your order through the drive through, they will probably ask you to come inside and wait for it instead. They act like they don't know how to handle app orders at all. I experienced the same issues multiple times before leaving this review.

Went through the drive-through and asked for a burger with lettuce tomatoe and onion with no cheese. The young lady was thinking of answering my questions, and then a young man said yes. Opened it up for my elderly dad it was all bun and meat and mustered.It's so disappointing for my elderly dad. Considering the cost and not of the burger and overly salted fries Boo hoo never again!
