This location has always been a little to get my food which I was ok with but I've never had a problem with substituting sausage for tater tots but today the staff was VERY rude and gave me such a hard time that I cancelled my order and will NOT return to this location ever again.Marisa claimed to be the store manager and refused to do the substitution unless they charged me $2.00 more to have them remove the meat and add tots!! was told I had to wait 7 minutes for fresh chicken tenders, no worries, then chicken was brought out cold and only 5 tots were with my meal and no sauce. Brought back to the window and staff was annoyed and took another 5 minutes to fix their own mistake. not happy, will not come back to this

If you are a Dasher avoid this place like the plague. I had 6 cars in front of me... I get to the speaker they tell me to pull to the front of the store they will bring it out... I park and watch 4 more cars that were behind me get their food and drive away. Been here for 45 minutes. They asked me to confirm which orders I had again like 10 minutes ago. ?♂️
