“I did not realize they didn't open until 9am and I walked in at 845. There was only 1 employee and he was so friendly and ready to prepare my breakfast sandwich w no complaints. I was very appreciative as I was on my way to work. At 845 he already had everything laid out and fresh. He didn't have to serve me that early but he did and he deserves recognition. Many subways are horrible. Everything tasted fresh. Give that man a raise!“
“I was looking to go back to subway. I have had such horrible service at the ones by my house. After looking at some of the reviews from this location I decided to stop in. I was met with a warm greeting and a smile from Juanita. From the beginning of my order to the end I had exceptional service. It's nice to see it still exists. Everyone loves their sandwiches. “I haven't eaten at Subway for many years because the quality and service were slipping. They have certainly made some improvements. I ordered a club sandwich with turkey, ham, and bacon and had them toast it and ordered the cheese I wanted and toppings I wanted rather than going with the preset menu listing. I had lunch for $10 and it was good. So good that in fact, I've eaten there several times now and plan on continuing to get lunch there. The prices are much higher than pre pandemic, but that is the new norm, and the sandwich was good. They carry Lay's brand chips for the win. Don't expect real bodega/deli sandwiches here, it's still a national chain and still run by a huge corporation which puts profits over product, but they have made some changes for the better and I will come back as long as the quality and prices remain consistent, and the staff is friendly and act like they take pride in their work and care about the product. The last time I was there, the artist, (do they still call them sandwich artists?) anyway, the artist that made my sandwich made a comment on how nice my sandwich looked when she finished adding the sweet onion dressing. She was right, it did look yummy and the fact she even noticed, showed me she cared. Not just about my sandwich, but about her job as a sandwich maker. I will go back just for that. That customer service and little extra touch made a difference in how I view Subway now and why I have been back several times even though I have many other options right in the same neighborhood.“

“You know this is a Subway shop, there is one on almost every corner!. This particular Subway shop was very clean ( including the restroom). The sandwich counter was nicely displayed of the weekly specials. The options of topping for your sandwich were full and very fresh looking. The tomatoes were noticeable red and uniformly cut and stacked, cucumbers beautifully cut uniform. The bread smelling fresh and all kinds were full and ready to go!. It was 11 am and my go to sub is meatball with extra marinara and provolone cheese toasted to perfection on a wheat sub roll, I was very happy to see the meatballs were hot and ready to go. Our second sub was Turkey and provolone cheese on again a wheat sub roll. The veggies chosen were lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions with oil, vinegar,salt and pepper. Again a perfect sandwich!. I glanced at the meat that was cut and everything looked great especially roast beef!. The cookie display was nicely full of every choice they offer. The chip display full and the soda, water cooler was completely full and inviting. The employees very friendly and nice prompting a 25% tip when I processed my payment. Thank you for a real nice lunch experience!! I totally recommend this sandwich shop“
“I went here after I got off work on Friday and I gotta say I loved the vibes of the workers so much I think it was Sean and Lisa working there. Not only did I love their vibes the whole time but the bread and the veggies and everything about my sandwich was super fresh and delightfully delicious. This location is also very spacious and was kept very cleanly, and my experience here almost makes me want to regularly come back every Friday. 10/10 would recommend this subway!!“
“Good food and friendly staff, but the outside area hurts the experience. The sandwiches were made well - fresh ingredients, properly prepared, and exactly what you expect from Subway. Staff were polite, efficient, and kept things moving even during a busy time. Inside the restaurant was clean and orderly, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the area outside was a problem. People hanging around and trash scattered near the entrance made it feel uncomfortable coming in and out. That situation really detracts from what would otherwise be a solid location.
Overall, the food and service were good, but better attention to the outside cleanliness and loitering would greatly improve the experience here.“

“I want to give a special shoutout to Ashley at the Subway on Chestnut and Fillmore in Colorado Springs. She was the only employee working the entire restaurant by herself, with no manager visibly present, while handling a fairly large crowd.
Despite the pressure, Ashley stayed patient, professional, pleasant, and focused. She kept working hard, treated customers respectfully, and did her best under circumstances that clearly should have had more support.
Employees like Ashley are the reason places stay running. Corporate businesses depend on the energy and effort of hardworking people like her, and she deserves recognition for carrying that shift with persistence and professionalism.“
“I gave it all 5 stars for a measurement between subway locations. This place was clean quick and delicious. Time and again I find subways that are dirty, dimly lit and lacking in customer service. The fountain sodas were crisp and delicious as well, where as in other cases, watered down lacking flavor and just gross. Two thumbs up and five stars for this location!“
“We always go to this subway and last few times the service was amazing. But this time it was this kid all by himself and granted it was 9pm but no person should be closing any type of store by themselves, not in these times. I’ve worked at a subway before too and closing one all by yourself while still helping customers suck. Management needs to do better“
