“Great service! Kevin, the only visible employee at the time of my visit, was diligently assembling my sandwiches exactly as ordered online. He greeted me upon my entering the store and was very respectful and conversive throughout our transaction. He's a keeper! Hope he's paid well enough to stay for awhile. This location seems to have a problem keeping employees due to the many transients loitering about. But that doesn't affect the food served. It's always fresh.“

“I went in today and ordered 14 sandwiches during their lunch rush. Instead of getting upset, they made my sandwiches and were extremely friendly, given the circumstances I put them in. The manager there is highly professional and courteous to her customers. Thanks, ladies apologies for slowing down your lunch rush.“

“I came with a group of several people at a very busy time. Even with the delays caused by so many orders before us, Aaron—being the only employee present on the line— provided phenomenal service with an awesome attitude and made our experience a great one. Our orders came out perfect, and all things considered, relatively quickly. Seriously, I can't say enough positive things.“

“The Josh's and the girl are awesome, always friendly and inviting, I stop by at least once a week. The food is always fresh especially the bread, and the cookies are always soft. Cleanest location I have ever been to and I think they're the best in the Springs. Worth any drive to get here. Just wish they'd bring back Swiss cheese and Honey Oat bread.“

“I haven't eaten at Subway for many years because the quality and service were slipping. They have certainly made some improvements. I ordered a club sandwich with turkey, ham, and bacon and had them toast it and ordered the cheese I wanted and toppings I wanted rather than going with the preset menu listing. I had lunch for $10 and it was good. So good that in fact, I've eaten there several times now and plan on continuing to get lunch there. The prices are much higher than pre pandemic, but that is the new norm, and the sandwich was good. They carry Lay's brand chips for the win. Don't expect real bodega/deli sandwiches here, it's still a national chain and still run by a huge corporation which puts profits over product, but they have made some changes for the better and I will come back as long as the quality and prices remain consistent, and the staff is friendly and act like they take pride in their work and care about the product. The last time I was there, the artist, (do they still call them sandwich artists?) anyway, the artist that made my sandwich made a comment on how nice my sandwich looked when she finished adding the sweet onion dressing. She was right, it did look yummy and the fact she even noticed, showed me she cared. Not just about my sandwich, but about her job as a sandwich maker. I will go back just for that. That customer service and little extra touch made a difference in how I view Subway now and why I have been back several times even though I have many other options right in the same neighborhood.“

“After having some really sub-par and poor experiences at my local subway locations, I saw that this one had a relatively high review compared to the rest.Decided to do my last two orders here even though its a little out of the way here because of it being such an outlier to this area and I don't regret it.I've gone at different times, but every time my sandwich is *immaculate* and as ordered (barring anything being out, which I haven't encountered) so I will definitely be coming here for a third time.Staff is friendly, interior is clean, and although the area is a little rough looking, its always been a pleasant experience.Side note: If you have a low or lowered car, be wary of the parking lot. “Glad we stopped in to this remodeled location on 9.20.2023. It was mid-afternoon & not busy. Had fun joking around with the workers who were great & super helpful. The place was super clean. “This is an amazing Subway. Of all the Subway restaurants I have been to, this is one of the best. A very good staff that always makes you feel special, which is impressive for a fast food place. The food is fresh and the service is extremely good.Kid-friendliness: The proprietor loves kids and might give you cookies if the kids are well behaved.“

“Pretty good place to stop on a trip somewhere to grab a quick meal. There is a little bit of seating inside but its more of a grab and go. They have bathrooms but when I went one was out of comission, and despite both bathrooms being the same, they are gendered for some reason.“

“It would be a good place to go if they didn't always run out of sandwich making stuff so often. Last time I was there they were out of steak meat, and it was only around 630 on the evening. The time before that it was onions and banana peppers. Then it was mayo. They also are having a hard time keeping the help there. Which, I feel for them, not an easy task these days. The owner, though, should be more on top of the ordering at least.“

“Don't be fooled by google ratings. Studies show people are more likely to leave a review when they want to complain about things. People are less likely to leave a review when they are happy with a businesses' service. I have been coming to this Subway for years and the service has been good the greater majority of the time. Save those coupons you get in the paper. They are gold.“

“I went here yesterday afternoon. It was dead and the only guy at the counter was amazing! The non carbonated drink I got (watermelon, cucumber, etc) tasted a little off and my rotisserie chicken had an off taste as well. But, not going to lie I still ate my sandwhich.“

“I've come to this subway multiple times since I work down the street. Most of the time we have a large order and try to get here early to not distrust the lunch rush. They were always on top of the orders and we never had a mistake. Tonight I stopped by after softball. They were out of Italian herb and cheese bread and oregano. The guy behind the counter apologized and was very polite. He was also working by himself and was in the process of closing. He was managing the customers well while also prepping for close. Over all I'd say if you want Subway and you're in the area come to this one. I've also been the one closer to the highway (which is closer to my office) that is in the gas station and I'd rather drive further for a better experience.“

“Regardless of the negative reviews, I had a great experience. I went to subway today looking for a healthy delicious alternative and this definitely hit the spot. As I walked in though, the employees didn’t seem thrilled to make my sandwich, to be expected for fast food workers. But they generally made a good effort making my sandwich. The price of my sandwich was a great value of 8$ which I felt was worth it for a footlong. I found a seat pretty easily as the restaurant was empty, it was clean too.On the topic of food, it was extremely fresh and filling. I got a Footlong on white bread, with ham, provolone, and vegetables. All the ingredients tasted phenomenal, and it was generally healthy. At around 500-600 calories, with 50 grams of protein.Overall I’d definitely recommend this subway for fresh and healthy food. I’ll be returning!“

“I was a little PO'ed when I walked in - the Stetson Hills location botched my DoorDash order twice in a row. This location got it right on the first try, plus the employee apologized for another store - truly went above and beyond to solve an issue he had no part in. AWESOME customer service!!“

“The sandwiches are always good. However when I order online nobody ever seems to read my instructions except for today. The nice lady who made my sandwich today made sure to put the lettuce in a container on the side. She was the only one to ever do it and I think she deserves recognition for paying attention. I wish I knew her name but it's not on my reciept. She is listed as server 999997. Thank you seriously for making my order right. I have a little girl that just loves her cold cut sanwiches and loves when the lettuce isn't soggy from the sandwich being toasted.“

“Typically never have a problem at this location and they’re always quick. And Kayla was the first employee I’ve met that when I asked for just my meat toasted she flipped it on the sandwich with no mistake and both meals were cooked to perfection just the way I want. I appreciate her for doing it with such ease every other time I do my order some employees just have the hardest time using common sense so she made it so much simpler.“

“The subs here are always well made and as the order says. However, I don't recommend ordering online here, considering on the regular whenever its farily busy you'll most likely be the last person to receive your order regardless of what time you ordered or needed it.“

“Wow! Your employee Amanda is fantastic! There were 3 or 4 orders she needed to prepare before mine so she was so courteous to mentioned it and told me it would not take long. She welcomes people when they walk in the door and she is quick preparing the subs. She is so detail oriented , the subs are beautiful. I explained that I had allergies and she was so careful not to cross contaminate. It’s New Year’s Eve and she was supposed to close at 8 but she stayed open to service the customers. She was so kind to everyone. I hope you appreciate her. Love this location!“

“Service is excellent there! Food is Great! What I want to brag on is NICOLE, one of their employees. I ordered and attempted to use a gift card. Little did I know it was some type of EGift that you had to register for first online. Did not have my billfold. Asked if I could come right back and them hold my food. Nicole, one of their employees, was gracious and kind enough to tell me, I would like to help with my good deed of the day. She paid for my meal from her own pocket and said we appreciate your business! I will definitely be paying if forward to someone else.
