I had a really great experience. The guy taking my order was super nice and made my sandwich perfectly. The guy checking me out was efficient and kind. We all had a fun conversation. Will be back!
I used the the app which most companies recommend anymore. I even still tipped 15%. My kids and I went in to retrieve our food. I overheard one employee mention to the other that the specifics said "meat and cheese only on one sub". It was ignored just the same. What's the point in having a box for specifics for your order when all 3 comments were just ignored. Not sure who made this sandwich as it was curbside pickup but I always get the same sandwich and this is by far the best version of it I've ever had, and I've had some wild interpretations of this order. My wife gets a salad with the meat in separate container (tries to) and this is the first time they've actually separated it. Whoever was on tonight rocks. Thank you for a great meal.
