I got there at 524 pm on 2-18-2026 and was greeted right away and they took my order it was hard to understand them. I then waited at least 25 min to get my food and they where not able to fulfill my whole order so they just put other chicken pieces in my order to fill it. This specific restaurant is the worst one by far. They lack customer service, food quality, cleanliness, work ethic and general business sense. Management needs to step in and review the practices of their day to day operations or retrain their people. Service is worst..I was there on Thursday, ordered 8 pcs chickens (4 wings, 4 thighs) mild.. Joshua told me it will be it will be 10 minutes. I agreed. Waited for like 10 minutes when I saw someone packing my order, putting 2 pcs of breast on the box and I stopped her and told her that I specifically asked for thighs and wings.
