I got there at 524 pm on 2-18-2026 and was greeted right away and they took my order it was hard to understand them. I then waited at least 25 min to get my food and they where not able to fulfill my whole order so they just put other chicken pieces in my order to fill it. Went through dive through and could hardly hear the person taking our order. When she verified our order I told her no, and repeated for the third time what we ordered. We get to the window and she had rung up our order wrong. We had to tell her again what we ordered. She rang us up and stood waiting for our food while she played on her phone.
