Brittney (the manager) is an incompetent, inconsiderate, pathetic excuse for a human being. Her behavior towards her own employees is absolutely disgusting. She was a prior inmate and CANNOT be trusted. Brittney makes the environment for the employees insufferable. The employees are overworked and underpaid.

I’m going to be nice with my words with this review. Tonight I spent a lot money on my order using mobile app. The customer service is awful, no greeting and had me waiting 15 more minutes after I placed the order and drove 15 minutes before arriving. I checked my bag before leaving and it was a damn disaster. Honey spilled and over my fries from the chicken I order I guess. Popeyes, I am a loyal customer regardless of the reputation that is carried with the company but this location needs to do better

As a customer who was just randomly passing through the area at lunch time, this is my unbiased opinion of our visit to this Popeyes.The chicken here was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Their sweet and spicy wings feature a sauce that I know as "Confetti" that I have had at other Popeyes carry. It is to die for. Nothing stood out to me as being problematic as people have stated in other reviews. The outside area was clean. There were many customers present despite the fact that it was a non rush hour time. The young man taking our order was in uniform, helpful, prompt and upbeat. The food was fast and fresh. There were other restaurants nearby who had little or no customers so I decided it woukd be a good choice. There were several we chose between and we did not regret our choicen. The food was as good as it has been at other Popeyes locations I have eaten at through the years. Great memories of travel and good food. Thanks!Wheelchair accessibility: Was able to get in and put with plenty of room to spare.

I made a online order on Sunday got there at 12:30pm on Sunday, when I got there the restaurant had papers posted they were closed, so I checked my bank account and they took the 18.00 out, but I never got my food, so then they thank me by sending me a email asking how my experience was, I clicked the button and told them the restaurant was closed never got my food, they ask if I like a 20 dollar digital coupon I said yes, she said she up load it to the app, she did, but today on Tuesday I go to use it, the app won't take it, and the lovely manager said she would not honor it, I said but you took my 18 dollars on Sunday, but I got no food, I said you were closed, she said we had a incident, but I still did not get my food, the manager would not support me as a customer coming to her restaurant and did not care that they were closed, I was there to pick my order up, but I still got no food. I would avoid this Popeyes, there are better in Colorado.

Feel bad for the regular employees here. Good food, usually correct on the orders, but the manager is a crazy. You can tell the employees are embarrassed working for her. She yells a lot. One of the younger employees apologized and said she’s crazy so I’m assuming it’s nothing new. Would give a higher rating if the manager changed her attitude.

We loved the service this evening! Even though they were busy and slammed everyone was calm and polite ! Shout out to Jamie for keeping her crew calm and talking to them nicely! And for the great service provided to us ! Keep up the good work Jamie and the crew working tonight!

Prices are up everywhere. Having said that, I firmly believe that chicken needs to be made more often than having it under the heating lamps for a prolonged time. There are other restaurants that cook the chicken when you order meaning that there's competition but, Popeye's is failing to see it. I don't see Popeye's lasting very much longer.

There chicken batter tastes like flower they must have changed their recipe! I miss the poor boy sandwich! The fries I hope never changes! This is not a Mexican restaurant ! What’s up with the music ??? I feel like I’m in Mexico !!!!
